• Maintain and support NDT Workshop whilst maintaining a high standard of workmanship and trade proficiency.

• Liaise with Regulatory Auditors EASA, FAA, GCAA, GACA and Customer Audits.

• Assist Responsible Level 3 with Corrective Actions, Preventive Actions.

• Provide technical support to Engineering staff on Non-Destructive Testing related issues affecting aircraft serviceability and operational support on an as required basis.

• Conducted scheduled and unscheduled inspections on Bombardier Global series(5000/ 6000/ 7500), Challenger series (300/350/600/650), Learjet; Business Jet/ VIP airframes and engine components.

• Performed Ultrasonic (UT), Eddy Current (ET) and Fluorescent penetrant (FPI) testing on critical structural areas, including engine pylons, wings and fuselage sections following OEM technical manuals (AMM, SRM, IPC, NTM).

• Conducted systematic NDT inspections on wheel halves, bead seat areas, mounting surfaces and bolts to verify structural integrity following change tire and overhaul IAW OEM technical data Goodrich and Meggitt manuals.

• Identified and documented subsurface anomalies for engineering review, preventing potential in- flight issues and ensuring 100% compliance with regulations ( CAA/ EASA/FAA..).
• Ensure all testing is carried out IAW current procedure instructions and maintenance documents including familiarity with ASTM 1417 and ASTM 1444.

• Carry out process control as per methods qualified.

• Ensure all NDT maintenance procedures are followed.

• Ensure familiarization with component CMM and knowledge of structural fittings, and blades, as per GE IPC manuals to be conversant.

• Maintain Level 2 Non-Destructive Testing standards.

• Ensure all Service training requirements are met.

• Carry out NDT tasks on Engine components (FSM, Thrust reverser, radome) IAW GE NDT manuals including CMM and SRM.

• Maintain and support NDT Workshop whilst maintaining a high standard of workmanship and trade proficiency.

• Maintain Level 2 Non-Destructive Testing standards IAW EN4179.

• Provide technical support to engineering staff on nondestructive testing-related issues affecting aircraft serviceability and provide operational support on an as required basis.

• Disassemble and check the condition and conformity of aircraft parts (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic equipment, etc.).

• Perform and supervise required recurring inspections of metals and composites in aircraft structures, aircraft engine components, and aircraft support equipment through Airbus A318/319/320/321, Airbus A300-600, Airbus A330, Boeing 737 Classic, Boeing 737 NG, CRJ 900.
