Job Description:


Billing Management:


  • Validated all the legal documents, including the AML screening details along with the VAT certificate, trade license, and establishment card, and affirmed that we have all the necessary information for the billing.
  • Validated the signed quotation for the premium structure and computed the premiums, prepared the production details, and shared with the insurance providers to generate the tax invoices.
  • Verified and recorded the tax invoices in the internal system, shared them with the clients along with the supporting documentation, and received an acknowledgement to make sure that the tax invoices were appropriate as per the regulations.


Collection Management:


  • Generated the monthly statement of accounts and implemented the established strategies to collect the premiums within a 30-day stipulated period.
  • Successfully recorded all the payments in the respective clients' accounts, updated the ledger, and reconciled it with the insurance records on a regular basis.
  • Prepared the monthly aging report to investigate the past-due premiums, implemented the necessary arrangements to collect all the balances, and maintained the reduced delinquency rates.
  • Identified accounts that had been in default for more than 30 days, escalated them to the line manager, and followed credit control procedures to recover the premiums.
  • Conducted monthly reconciliations of client accounts to identify and rectify discrepancies.


Reports Management:


  • Processed the monthly production reconciliation and shared the regulatory requirements with the insurance providers to report the BASMA, HCV, and ICP charges.
  • Prepared bi-weekly collection files to report all the payments to the insurance providers, process all the intermediary commission payments, and process the appropriate net premiums to the re-insurance companies.
