• Develop customized solutions based on customer needs, by working closely with the other products & service functions.

• Monitor industry developments in logistics, freight forwarding, and supply chain management to stay ahead of changes that could impact sales strategies or customer needs.
Manage & Support the growth of the Oil & Energy Industry Sector within EMAIR Region by working with the Product & Geography stakeholders to develop the Strategy & align on the growth parameters within the region. In addition to working with the KAM team to provide support & industry knowledge training to be able to win key contracts.
Maintain & Develope a Strategic Customer list of target accounts that would provide the highest revenue growth potential within the region.
Manage the local District Field Sales Program from Strategy, Budgets & KPI Settings, organization set up, Training & developments, to delivering the growth needed by each District individual to achieve the targets.
