- preparing and maintaining a delivery schedule .
- Encodes shipping instruction and coordinate any discrepancies and clarification with onshore counterparts
- Ensure complete and accurate bill of lading / shipping documents output
- Tracking the movement of freight using software and satelite technology .
- reporting back to clients ,keeping them up to date with the progress of goods
