Myself Joined in this Organization as Project Engineer and was promoted through the ranks as Project Manager, Senior Project Manager and then to the Position of Head of Department. Till recently was working as Head of the Department for Water and Waste Water Projects and Company Asset Management Department. Under my leadership I have executed and successfully handed over many Construction Projects and Operation and Maintenance Projects of various government departments of Abu Dhabi.

I was working as Mechanical Engineer in the Estimation and Tendering Department of M/s. AL Hussam General Contracting Est , Abu Dhabi ISO 9002 Certified Contracting Company.

Key Responsibilities were:

• ¨ Preparation of tender review reports,
• ¨ Tender document evaluation and Analysis
• ¨ Estimation and pricing, evaluation of sub-contractor bids,
• ¨ Preparation of Project Schedule for Technical Submission.
• ¨ Purchasing of project materials, preparation of method statements,
• ¨ Coordination of project requirements with site engineers, Consultants, and Clients.

Key Responsibilities were:

16.5 MW Thermal Power Plant

As Sr. Engineer I was engaged in Planning and Progress Monitoring of Construction and Commissioning of CFBC Boilers, Operation and Maintenance of 2 x 50 TPH 90 Ata 510C CFBC Boilers, 2 Electro Static Precipitators, and Auxiliary equipment’s like pumps and fans.

· Supervision of Installation of High-Pressure Boilers and Electro Static Precipitators, Fans, Blowers and Auxiliaries likes Coal feeding system, Fuel firing systems, Feed pumps and compressors.

· Testing and Commissioning of the above systems.

· Inspection and Verification of the contractors’ invoices and Payment Certificates.

· Planning and Updating of the Construction activities at site.
