Support to all the importers and market companies by
• Creating the customer fleet in the Customer Portal based on importers request, ensuring that Service and Data Management Agreement (SDMA) is signed and uploaded on the portal
• Setting up subscription type & invoices model, including standard & specific discounts of the digital services
• Developing the portfolio of services for customers by renewing the subscriptions in close cooperation with markets and importers
• Supporting the business control teams in markets in case of invoicing issues and recommending credit notes when needed
• Coordinating communication with the importers and market companies and controlling departments on the soft offer financial flow
Support the RTI Sales functions on soft offer by
• Setting up the importers Pricing structure based on Sales department decisions
• Supporting specific process for key account customers
• Setting up the new RT Proactive service per customer
• Participating in improving and deploying new processes and tools (Soft Offer Sales Tool)
