Insurance Claim-Independently handled insurance claim of AED 14 mio. Incremental Aed 1.6 mio was claimed from insurance by using commercial acumen and precise data to justify the claimed amount.
Vat Implementation -Successfully implemented VAT across all UAE Emax stores and being 100% Vat compliant on 1st Jan 2018.Handled end to nd project including liaising with Consultant, training of retail staff, meeting with Suppliers, inputs to IT team and conducting User Acceptance Test etc.
Payment automation-Led Implementation of Automatic payment set up in Emax including system readiness, UAT, Supplier master clean up and KYC of 250+ suppliers to shift the payment mode from cheque to semi-automatic.
