• Intercontinental Hotel, Fujairah - Led the mechanical services design including a water cooled chiller plant for hospitality development.
• 4B+G+50 storey residential & commercial tower in Dubai –HVAC design with district cooling system complying Dubai Green Building Regulations.
• Oversaw the HVAC design for a large mixed-use development with 4400 TR modular water-cooled chiller plant for UAE government entity.
• Medical Centre for the UAE Armed Forces, Abu Dhabi - Led the design of HVAC and medical gas services compliant with ASHRAE 170 and HTM standards.
• Porsche & Audi Showroom and Service Centres in Al Qouz, Dubai -managed the complete mechanical services design.
• Data centre for the UAE Armed Forces - Led the HVAC design for mission-critical data centre project supporting medium-density IT load, delivering resilient HVAC and cooling systems with N+1 redundancy in compliance with ASHRAE TC 9.9 and Tier III requirements.
