• Directly manage a team of Civil Engineers across TDIC, overseeing all building and infrastructure projects from initiation to operational handover.
• Provide strategic leadership for the Infrastructure Department, embedding Health & Safety best practices and driving cross-functional collaboration with residential, retail, hotel, marketing, finance, legal, and risk teams.
