Involves in developing, implementing & maintaining QHSE Management System at site in line with the IMS standards.Maintaining the company's Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental systems. Responsible for carrying out the day-to-day HSE requirements and statutory compliance requirements.Advice and support Retail and Residential Operation, Project Department ,Retail Delivery Department and Marketing Department to ensure the compliance on Fire & Life Safety System.Review and evaluate all the HSE related documents at site.Advises management on the level of compliance with the HSE local and national requirements/regulations.Conduct Safety committee meeting and submit report to the leadership.Support the project department and the retail delivery departments to ensure that construction and fit-out projects are carried out safely on site.Conduct Incident investigations and make sure that corrective actions are properly implemented at site.Conducted periodical inspections at Retail Units& Residential properties, Warehouses, Fit out & Projects to verify the safety Compliances.Conduct Internal HSE Audit across Al Ghurair Properties to evaluate compliance with approved HSE Managements system & applicable local and internation guidelines.Managing QHSE Compliance across the site and maintaining the records up to date .Develop and submit weekly & Monthly QHSE report to the line Manger.
