• As a HACCP team leader, work in coordination with the whole HACCP team to keep product safety and quality
• Responsible for trace the delivered product using traceability records and documentation of recall procedures
• Conducting internal auditing and internal basic food hygiene training, Induction training and on the job role training for workers
• Review documents and records in a timely and accurate manner

• Ensures quality of raw material and finished products
• Responsible for changing layout of factory as per changes in flow diagram

• Responsible for providing cleaning chemicals, uniforms, shoes,etc. for workers
• Ensure workers obey all food safety rules and regulations of Sharjah municipality
• Ensure the factory and its surroundings are hygienic
• Responsible for scheduling and maintaining all PRP programs.

Science tutor

· Extraction and purification of polysaccharides from different seaweeds

· Extraction of sodium alginate from seaweeds Sargassum wightii and Hemophyllum sessile.

Carried out at Department of Plant science, Central University of Kerala, under the supervision of Dr. K. Arunkumar (January – March,2022).

• Microbiological analysis of water using Tube dilution method
• Preparation of Mac conkey medium and BMB medium for broth and EMB agar plates
