• Monitor district cooling plant performance, including chillers, pumps, thermal storage, cooling towers and distribution networks.
• Ensure optimal system efficiency and compliance with operational standards.
• Track energy consumption, cooling demand, and system capacity.
• Coordinate with technicians and contractors for repairs and upgrades.
• Ensure proper PPE usage (heat-resistant gear, gas detectors, fall protection).

• Performing routine inspections, lubrication, adjustments, and cleaning of machinery and equipment to prevent breakdowns.
• Repairing or replacing faulty components, parts, and equipment in a timely and efficient manner.
• Executed regular maintenance of firefighting protection system.
• Inspection of electrical equipment and systems to recognize defects, hazards and the requirement for repairs of modifications.
