• Preparation of SOP on all key activities like Commissioning, Repairing Major components and Trouble shooting.

• Monitor complaint registers of Business Partners and track performance to ensure that are performing service interventions in line with requirements of machine population.

• Communication, feedback and rectification of Product complaint in structured way.
