• Enforce strict safety standards and assist senior technicians

• Repair, service and overhaul tower crane systems
• Replace worn/defective parts and test machinery
• Estimate repair costs, order spare parts and document maintenance work

• Carry out fast and efficient repair & maintenance of all tower crane parts
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure sufficient spare parts stock
• Troubleshoot mechanical & electrical problems on-site
• Assist in erection, testing and commissioning of new cranes

• Operate tower crane safely to lift and transport construction materials
• Inspect all components pre-operation and follow safety protocols strictly
• Communicate via hand signals & radio with ground crew / signalers
• Assist in erection, assembly and maintenance work

• Supervise safe lifting operations and coordinate with crane operators
• Inspect rigging gear and calculate safe working loads
• Ensure proper signaling, load securing and hazard prevention
• Comply with international safety standards for lifting operations
