JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overall Project Management
• Planning and scheduling of works using Primavera (P6)
• Preparing master plan
• Responsible for performing and managing all required activities to accomplish site works
• Preparing action plan on the basis of available resource and constraints
• Set-up meetings with Consultant and Client to resolve site and construction issues and enhance progress of work
• Presentations with the help of graphical reports like process flow diagrams, Manpower histogram and cash flow diagrams or s-curves
• Preparation of Monthly Look ahead program for structural and architectural works
• Preparing monthly reports
• Monitoring the site and updating the programme
• Preparing invoice every month for all the projects as per work done in the site
• Coordination between Management and Site.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project Management plan
• Planning and scheduling of works by using Primavera (P3)
• Preparing New and revised Project Program, daily report and Cash flow for Tower projects like G+M+10P+H.C+40 Typical floor, G+30 Typical floor, 7 Buildings (G+5P+29) Typical floor +H.C+ roof), etc in Ajman, G+41 Storey typical floor, G+5P+29 Typical +H.C +Roof in Sharjah, B+G+4 Typical floor and B+G+7 Typical, etc in Dubai and 1838 villas in Jordan
• Set up meetings with Sub-contractors and execution personnel to resolve site and construction issues and enhance progress
• Maintaining site and progress records Presentations with the help of graphical reports like process flow diagrams, cash flow diagrams, or s-curves
• Preparation of weekly/bi-weekly Look Ahead program for structural and architectural works for multiple jobs
• Preparing monthly reports
• Estimation of labor & material cost.

• The Project involves the construction of G+8 stories both RC structures with P.T slabs comprising a total area of 12 lacks sq ft area, with a very high standard of finishing works, landscaping works, MEP works, etc.

• Ordered and tracked delivery of construction materials and supplies from vendors.
• Identified and resolved potential structural issues.
• Estimated materials costs and sourcing requirements for project feasibility.
• Visited project sites during construction to monitor progress and consult with contractors and on-site engineers.

I worked as a site supervisor to look after site activities, including arranging manpower and material resources.
