• Implementing project baselines; monitoring and controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects. Creates and reviews Requests for Information and Requests for Proposal and Change Orders.
• Preparing look-ahead program, and labor histogram to plan the resources/materials as per project requirement
• Co-ordination with the entire project team for the day-to-day activities on the project in the areas of planning, resource management, and procurement of materials
• Ensures that the project is constructed and documented in accordance with the contract documents and good engineering practices.
• Provides technical support to Project Managers.
• Develops and maintains project cost/change controls, and project budget and accounting records.
• Coordinates and monitors schedule updates, invoices, and submittals.
• Assists in managing and reviewing the progress of contractors’ construction schedules.
• Reviews weekly and monthly reports on the status and progress of the contracts, including project costs and potential changes.
• Coordinating and obtaining permission for project work from various government regulatory authorities.

• Ensure that implementation of field inspection for installation and works done by the Subcontractor is in accordance with the latest approved Drawings, Method Statements, & Contract Specifications.

• Coordinate with other contractors for proper site implementation and execution.
• Proper review and execution of blockwork by setting out as per drawings and executing the work as per method statement and approved materials.
• Executing the structural works as per approved drawings and laying off the reinforcement without any missing.
• Executing the final finishing works as per the approved drawing, materials and specifications with quality of work.
• Prepare all reports and records of manpower, equipment and material deliveries.
• Monitor the correction of all snag lists and corrective actions of non-conformances to standard requirement.
• Attend weekly meeting with the management of the project regarding progress.
• Looking into Health and Safety Environment in the sites.
• Successfully Hand Over the project to the client.
