- Maintain closing schedule to ensure all docs and wires are out in a timely manner

- Manage the daily workflow in all departments to meet expected cut off times
- Work closely with various investors to ensure loans are purchased within expected turn times
- Work with FHA, VA, USDA, and State Agencies to ensure loans are insured in a timely manner
- Manage the insurance through MIC companies on Conventional loans
- Performed loan transfers once the loans were purchased
- Direct lending experience with Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae
- Manage and balance various warehouse lines
