- Managed marketing materials for 6 GCC countries (UAE/QATAR/KUWAIT/OMAN/BAHRAIN/YEMEN) including (POSM, FOCs, Shop in Shop design, production and installation)
- Managed and gave training to Sales Team Leaders for shop branding dentity for more than 900+ shops in entire UAE to ensure every branding materials placed in the shop meets the standard of HQ.
- Managed purchase orders from local advertising agencies and vivo HQ factory purchased materials to ensure sufficient materials to meet requirements from sales team and at the same time also to ensure no materials had been wasted, and also conducted quality checks that required to match HQ standard. (Managed purchase orders for over 15 different advertising agencies)
- Coordinated with GTM manager and managed marketing materials for every new model including POSM and light box fabrics KV's design, productions and installation to ensure the product's smooth launching. (Succesfully launched 4 flagship models V23 Series/V25 Series/X70 Series/X80 Pro, and over 15 mid-low range Y Series in 6 GCC countries. )
- Created monthly FOC policy, to ensure every FOC given was reasonable and no wasted FOCs.
- Managed every materials including FOCs through DMS system for each stock-in and stock out from warehouse, to ensure physical stocks and DMS systems stocks quantity matches. (Managed over 200 different materials purchased from HQ factory, not included local produced)
- Controlled each penny that had been invested, make sure every investments had been accurately recorded in system, issued monthly/quarterly/yearly and create cost reports for analysis.
