Project Cleveland Clinic , Al Ain

• Installation ,Testing and commissioning of Main Distribution Board(MDB), Motor Control Center(MCC),Sub Main Distribution Board(SMDB), Distribution Board(DB),Power Monitoring Systems,Circuit Breakers,Relays,Earthing Systems etc.
• Execution and evaluation of work as per approved drawings.
• Coordinated with technical liaisons and construction team members to address technical issues for meeting project requirements.
• Containment installation for LV system and ELV (Fire alarm , Security System, Building Management System, Structured Cabling System, Public Address/Voice Alarm System, Parking Guidance System, Lightning Protection ,ELV Earthing System, LV Earthing System and Medical Equipment Earthing system.
• Installation , Termination and testing and commissioning of LV-cables.
• Conduct Loop Impedance Test,RCD Trip test, IR test .Earth Resistance,continuity Test Test using Fluke(16664FC)Meter.
• Prepare Test reports,Documentation and Maintain Calibration certificate of testing Equipment's.
• Work as per field safety procedure and work permit system.
• Communicate with other disciplines and departments to facilitate and manage the project till completion.
• On site Modification and Replacement as per requirements and standards.
• Reports on work progress ,bringing to notice potential problems or delays recommends solutions.
• Coordinated with technical liaisons and construction team members to address technical issues for meeting project requirements.
• Recorded daily events and activities in site diary to evaluate process and improve productivity.
• Drafted construction planning documents for internal use and submission to applicable inspectors.
• Analyzed and interpreted construction designs and specifications created in AutoCAD

• Preventive and break down Maintenance works related to the sheet offset printing machines like Man Roland R706 Sc Series,R706 Dc Series and associated Eltosch UV Units,Eltosch IR Units,Technotrans Chiller Units, Atlas Copco and Kaeser Compressor units.
• Preventive and break down Maintenance works related to Bobst Die-Cutting machines Autoplatine Speria 106e,Speria 102 Folimaster,Autoplatine Visioncut106 Le,Expert Cut 106 Per,Expert Foil104 Fr And Iberica – Optima 105 F.
• Preventive and break down Maintenance works related to Bobst- Gluing Machines Like Domino 110,Media 100,Mistral 110,Ambition 106,Expert Fold110 And Hhs Hotmelt And Cold Glue units.
• Preventive and break down Maintenance works related to Lamina 116 fas,2 Piece Lamina 2000gll,Window Patching-F590 , Wenchyun Automatic Lamination,Heiber Schroder Clamshell Ce-1000,Ace Pack Paper Bucket Forming eagle700e ,Future Pack Paper Cup Forming,(Sheeter Machines like VALMET,APOLO, PEMCO),(CUTTING Machines like Polar115 Em And Wohlenberg Sl 115),(Folding Machine Heidelberg- Sthal),(Laser Cutting Machines Like Rofin Sinar Laser 1200sm And Comb Laser Prodigi-1613),Trevi Pack – Wrapping Machine Exp305, Nilpeter Flexo-Fa 2500 and Flexo Fb 3300.

Job Responsibility:-

• Preventive and break down Maintenance works related to of sheet offset printing machineries like Speed Master102(Heidelberg),Komori Lithrone,GTO (Heidelberg) and associated Technotrans Chiller Units.
• Preventive and break down Maintenance works related to UV Machine (Sakurai Feeder And Trumax Dryer),Beiren On Line Saddle Stitch Machine,Automatic Sewing Machine,Cover Casing Machine ,Board Pasting Machine,Board Pressing Machine,Spiral Punching And Pressing Machines,Single And Three Phase Stitching Machines,etc.
• Carry Daily, Monthly, Quarterly, Half-yearly andYearly maintenance as per stanard procedures &have to Keep proper records & Submit senior.
• Take Corrective and Preventive action on the defects/Observation found during maintenance & Operation.

Designation :Electrical Maintenance

• Preventive and break down Maintenance works related the printing machine (News Line- 45,Hi Line-45 Orient Super,Fast -300).
• Preventive and break down Maintenance works related to Single Phase and 3-Phase Induction Motors,Synchronous Motors,PMDC Motors,Dol And Star- Delta Starters, Screw Air Compressors(Atlas Copco ) ,Piston Air Compressors (Elgi ),Chiller Units, Packing Machines(News Stech),Paper Cutting Machines, Paper Binding Machines,Stacker units (News Stech)Operation & Maintenance of Control Panel with PLC Relays, etc.

Job Responsibility:-

• Preventive and break down Maintenance works related to to web offset heat set printing machines like Toshiba and Komori.
• Preventive and break down Maintenance works related to Variable Frequency Drives(VFD), DC Drives,Different types ofSensors,Circuit Breakers,Contactors,Relays etc.
• Preventive and break down Maintenance works related to Air Circuit Breaker(ACB),Main Switch Board Panels (MSB),Sub Switch Board Panels(SSB),Power Distribution Board(PDB) and Lighting Distribution Board (LDB).
• Preventive and break down Maintenance works related to DG sets (300KVA and 125KVA),and UPS (35KVA and 20KVA).
• Monitoring Gas Drayer Unit pipe line and associated Valves,Regulators,Solenoid Valves,Pressure Gagues,Mechanical Pressure Switches etc.
• Monitoring Annual Maintenance Contract(AMC) Service of Lift(Otis), A/C (Lg,General,Samsung and bluestar) and Fire Extinguishers(CO2 and Dry Powder type)
• Prepare Shift schedule of Site.
