• Company Overview: Main Client Zakum Development Company(ZADCO) located off coast artificial island in Abu Dhabi and 2nd largest offshore oilfield. Was assigned onshore located in Marshalling Yard and role to this project was IT support end users both client and Petrofac.
• Providing IT new image desktop and laptop users who mobilize.
• Mapping and installing printers, ip phone configuration, resetting user account credential, erp account, setting up VPN and initiating GSD helpdesk for major issues.
• Setting up Conference room meetings and making sure that telephone or video(polycom) conference running smoothly.
• Deploying, monitoring Network devices connectivity, infrastructure support using devices such routers, switch, firewalls, MPLS, servers(client) data shared folders.
• Configuring Multi Factor Authentication(MFA) to register mobile account and setting up to enable email mobile access.
• Update inventory IT devices using SNOW Cloud to create much efficient and easy data access.
• Sending and receiving IT material request from other project site.
• Using Citrix to access Petrofac data portal accessibly.
• Making update Windows and security patches registry.
• Troubleshooting Microsoft Office 365 specially Outlook issues, Engineering Design application, PDF and other software that required for project.
• Using ServiceNow platform, providing technical management support such as IT management and helpdesk functionality.
• In 2022, transffered to Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi office, maintaning and supporting other projects like Habshan(PE108 & PE109), Al Dhafra, fabrication, Sharjah remote support doing the task for Engineering application installation, minor issues sccm synchronization, mobilizing IT assets for new joiner and assisting creating account profile.

• Company Overview: Bechtel Petrofac Joint Venture to build first ever aluminium smelter refinery for EGA client.
• Working as IT end user support for mobilizing from Bechtel Nationwide and Petrofac user in UAE.
• Creating and building new image software for new laptop and desktop pc. Configuring, adding to Domain, windows updates, patches for virus definition to make sure that new pc or laptop are up-to-date before deploying to users.

•Enable shared printer, Project network drive and giving access and permission to user to their specific folder or department, adding member user account for web access (Bechtel home page) and internet access.
•Setting up conference room venue for video and teleconference meeting. Enabling bridge number, video conference code to be used for Polycom HDX 7000 model, and additional with Skype for Business and projector to shared meeting presentation.
•Deploying and installing network switch, patching, ensuring connectivity of users are properly thru network infrastructure. Enable and monitoring access point at all designated areas including corporate access, guest access and permissions. Assigning new telephone extension creating new pin id and voice mail pin code to retrieve messages.

• Company Overview: Main business was contracting, construction designed for stainless steel, aluminium cladding and glass windows.
• Work as ICT support Engineer, attending client and user having minor and major problem on their pc/laptop.
• Windows patches updates, antivirus to maintain and avoid unwanted attacks from network.
• Monitoring network infrastructure, server, data storage, printer sharing and data files.
• Remote desktop protocol to analyze and to configure client remotely.
• Managing user account on Active directory, server management, registering license application such as design software.
• Backup and recovering files where accidentally deleted.
• Upgrading system clients, optimizing, and making sure all workstations are running smoothly.
• Setup video conference for on-site meeting, ip phone and other multimedia peripherals.
• Main business was contracting, construction designed for stainless steel, aluminium cladding and glass windows.

• Company Overview: Contracting, monitoring and operations for Royal Family Palace residence, Government Session Hall all over the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Monitoring and Analyzing Network Systems of the client.
• Provides Technical Support Hardware and Software to prevent downtime from the client.
• Performs Network diagnosing for LAN and Internet connectivity.
• Configuring DSL modems to the clients for Internet access.
• Knowledgeable on LAN and Peer-to-Peer network connections, configuring TCP/IP, Default Gateways, DNS and proxy settings from Network Neighborhood, isolating network problem and configuring Microsoft Outlook.
• Installation, commissioning and maintenance of medium and large networks at different customer locations.
• Supporting the IT solutions team with all matters related to networking products/projects.
