• Manages day-to-day administrative operations of the valuations department
• Provides support services to the valuations team, including preparation of proposals and reports, arranging appointments and any other information or assistance that the team may need
• Assists with managing the database and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been entered into the spreadsheet
• Reviews final reports before sending to bank and/or clients
• Coordinates with internal valuation departments for collaborative submissions
• Creating valuation reports by writing and forming templates for ongoing valuation instructions
• Cross check, validate documentation from the banks like site plans, BOQ, completion certificates
• Provide back-end support to valuation team as and when required

• Conducts ocular inspection and identifies assets being appraised (offered collaterals and financed projects)
• Verifies percentage of accomplishments of the bank's financed projects specializing in Tunnel Ventilated Poultry & Breeder Farms, Hydropower and Water Treatment Plants, Hospitals and Commercial Buildings, Non-Revenue Water (NRW) and Water Systems
• Validates and appraises hospital machines, transportation equipment and other real estate assets
• Evaluates and reconciles data gathered from previous reports and documents
• Prepares comprehensive appraisal reports
• Conducts credit investigation of simple and complex cases, ocular inspection of the business and examines financial statements and other records to gather information to ascertain credit worthiness of the borrower
• Prepares comprehensive credit investigation reports of bank loan applicants/borrowers

• Interacts with clients with utmost courtesy and attends to their banking needs systematically
• Handles currencies (Philippine, USD, EURO, GBP, AUD & other third currencies), transactions and confidential information in a responsible manner
• Opens new bank accounts and processes foreign exchanges and wire transfer transactions
• Sells the bank products and services
• Uses software to tract bank information and generate reports
• Packages cash and rolling coins to be stored in drawers and bank vaults
• Maintains and balances cash and reconciles discrepancies
• Provide financial and wealth management advise both to retail and business clients
