• Ensured Terra’s mission of sustainability was upheld by 100+ participant countries over the course of 240 events hosted at the pavilion
• Developed scopes and contracts to ensure seamless execution of events with third party contractors
• Project managed contractor delivery working closely with venue management.
• Executed three events a day for 6-months straight, ensuring effective client relationships and time management throughout.

Managed the #2 busiest venue in the world – the SEC. Coordinating the execution of the largest concerts, sporting events and special events in the U.K including Justin Bieber (Purpose Tour), Nicki Minaj (The Nicki Wrld Tour), Warhorse, and UFC (Fight Night).

• Event lead responsible for front and back of house delivery for three major venues on one campus, overseeing all aspects of Event delivery, control room management, full operational planning and client/artist relationships
• Exceptional delivery of on sales, budgetary control and venue management ensuring efficient cost management and optimizing profit
• Lead in crisis management and response for a variety of high-risk events, coordinating with law enforcement and emergency response teams
• Operational lead on all new business, coordinating with sales team to create comprehensive plans for potential new clients and partners.
