Job Responsibilities
- Able to prepare comprehensive detailed aluminum shop drawings (Structural glaze curtain wall,Conventional curtain wall, alum.cladding and skylight etc)
- Able to prepare production drawings for fabrication.
- Preparation of a detailed three-dimensional 3D model for evaluating design alternatives and material optimization.
- Prepares material take off (MTO),
- Assist Production people for special cutting of profiles in accordance with production drawings.
- Project coordination to the Project Manager,Site, and production people.
- 3D Presentation for tender projects,(Prepares 3D Rendered presentation showing Value Engineering option,Curtain wall systems to use on the project ( Unitized and Stick), and installation details.
- Team-oriented and able to provide leadership.
- Ability to supervise and coordinate members to in able achieved target plan.
- Ability to plan and manage time to achive result on multiple task/projects.
- Willing to engage on-site inspection/measurement if needed.
