• Perform Nursing Assessment: plan, implement, and evaluate Nursing care rendered for adults.
• Observe and monitor closely the patient, and report undue development to the physician as needed.
• Nursing documentation in a brief, accurate, and complete manner.
• Work Independently with other health professionals.  Obtain ECG, IV cannulations and urinary catheter insertion, nasogastric tube, wound dressing, and Blood Transfusion.
• Assist Physician during procedures like central venous catheterization, Dialysis lumen Insertion, Arterial Line, Lumbar Puncture, Pleural Tapping, Bed Side
• Endoscopies, Intubation, trachoestomy
• Initiate CPR cardiopulmonary arrest
• Setup tubing for mechanical ventilators and device check for the ready case.
• Maintaining interpersonal relationships with patient relatives’ doctors’ co-workers and other hospital staff
• To promote safety and prevent the spread of infection

• Taking care of patients with head injury renal failure, cardiac, multi-organ failure, circulatory failure, respiratory failure, and COPD patients, monitoring the patients in the postoperative period.
• Check for any bleeding, and the patient’s vital signs, check airway, circulation, and breathing.
• Check for any adverse anesthesia effects.
• Guiding patients to consciousness and assisting them in handling personal needs.
• Assess patients’ condition after surgery has been performed.
• Log all finding in patients’ files.
• Answer patient questions and ensure that they are kept comfortable.
• Develop individualized care plans based on each individual patient’s condition.
• Ensure that all nursing activities are carried out in accordance to individual patients.

Monitor patients for condition changes and report any changes to the doctor.

• Initiate patient education programs to ensure that both patients and families are educated on procedures and medications.
• Determine when the patient is ready to be moved to their rooms.
• Perform intervention duties in cases of post-operative emergencies.
• Record sedation levels and body temperature.
• Manage blood and fluid transfusions and draw specimens.
• Ensure that the post-operative space is clean and sanitized.
• Change bandages and surgical wound dressing
