My tenure at Qatar Shipyard was marked by taking on complex projects, such as leading the overhaul of main boiler burners and piston control valves without OEM supervision, which not only saved significant costs but also enhanced my team's skills. In my previous role as Service Manager for Boilerman International Company in the GCC & MENA region, I manage service operations, client relationships, and vendor coordination, consistently driving revenue growth and operational excellence.
