Providing 1st level support for ICARGO SPRINT
System Admin for HERMES Application (1 /2 level support )
Ensure all the cargo network (worldwide) user requests/ complaints are attended in a timely manner.
Attending all the user issues of HERMES Devices (handheld & vehicle mounted) for EAS-Cargo.
Configure Handheld and Vehicle mounted devices.

Updating Customer data base.
PIMA updation as per request from agents.
Messaging configuration.
Assist users to complete FDC in case of any error/wrong data updated.
Identify system issues and trouble shoot the error.
Process FSU/FBL/FFM/UWS/NTM and other messages captured in system with errors.
Responsible for Access control of All Cargo Applications of Etihad Cargo -Icargo Sprint and EAS Cargo Hermes
Audit Trail to ensure no unauthorized accesses are made.
 Coordinates reviews with the vendors on system performance
and SLAs ensuring that any ongoing issues are addressed, and
any future problems are rectified in a timely manner
Provides 24x7 support on critical systems issues ensuring their
timely resolution
 Provides technical support/guidance on the usage and
resolution of issues for systems related to Cargo
 Acts as the ‘Single Point of Contact’ (SPOC) for all cargo
systems related issues and maintains ongoing communication
and cooperation with affected stakeholders
Performance quality assurance and testing on all future
releases to minimize any disruption to the business prior to
release
Facilitation of systems Audits by Internal and External Auditors.
 Expert of Controlling and Monitoring handware support for Handheld -CN 51/CT60 ETC & Vehicle Mounted- VMT
 Providing all type of access for Cargo spot application users - ICargo -Sprint & HERMES .
 Doing Flight Data Capture for all type of Air Way Bills with Part Shipment and Charter Flights
 Providing access and guidelines for all DART Flight Activity Report  Prepare test cases, perform testing and coordinate release/deployment activities.

  Handling shipments/Units as allocated for flights.
  Arranging Units as per loading instruction issued by the load controller.
  Segregation of shipments according to the AWB/HAWB’S
  Storage of special cargo like PER/DGR/VAL/VUN/AVI/HUM ect.
  Loading the shipments in to the ULD's as per the allocation given by the planner and make sure ULDS's all utilized
  properly.
  Regularize shipments upon the Airlines/Consignee's & Shippers Request.
  Sending 15 days undelivered shipments report to the Airline/Origin and informing to consignee accordingly.
  Updates all types of discrepancies in system and sending FTX messages to the Airline/Origin.
