  • My role incorporated managing the group ships agency business in Umm Qasr and Khor Al Zubair which grew to a 60% market share in Umm Qasr and 35% in Khor Al Zubair., In this role I dealt with many ship-owners, charterers and project forwarders from around the world and handled and overcame many problems that operating in a hostile environment such as Iraq presented.
