• Provide professional till point service to close the sale and offer the customers an overall enjoyable shopping experience

• Responsible for contacting leads over the telephone to generate appointments
• Discuss the benefits of the company offers
• Providing the leads with range of dates to prevent booking an appointment too far into the future
• Sending email confirmation reminding the lead of his/her appointment.
