BOC (CPECC)- HOT OIL Heaters package.

• Review of project deliverables to prepare the cost estimates for the project.
• Develop and verify MTOs, equipment, and bulk quantities against P&IDs and drawings.
• Project plan and execution of same at shop floor, preparing of material list for desired project, and coordinating delivery of materials to the shop floor with procurement team.
• Coordinating with Production Manager for timely delivery of finished product/package.
• Coordinating with QC teams for every inspection stage.

BW ENERGY - Pipe Racks and interconnecting piping, Gas booster compressor, Pig Launchers and receivers, Knockout drums etc.

BW Offshore - Gas lift Compressor package.

Exxon Mobil – Chemical injection skid Package.

• Planning and carrying out Fabrication & welding activities on Shop Floor
• Coordinating with site activities Preparation of Quotations for steel works and execution of same at site.
• Handled Project at site for ADNOC (TAKREER) - modification of Pipes & valves at condensate Area Unit 411.
• Handled site jobs at site with coordination with shop floor team, monitoring daily progress and delivery of fabricated items to site, also coordinated with site team for proper execution of projects.

• Handling of manpower to Fabricate an equipment with proper tools & instruments.
• Responsible for all Pre & post fabrication activity and maintaining related documents.
• Coordinating between QC & Design department for Quality Improvement and satisfying client requirements with reference to ASME code.
• Aware of ASME SEC-VIII Div1, ASME SEC-V & ASME SEC-IX.
• Assembly of Skid Packages with assistance to tubing and electrical works.
• Responsible for client Audits and ASME audits related to Production.
• Planning and carrying out Fabrication & welding activities of all equipment within tolerance as per code and by maintaining the quality of the equipment.
• Plan out fit-up sequence of shell course, dish, nozzle, as per engineering drawing, providing technical guidance for welding sequence and distortion control.
• Preparing and maintaining production-related Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) & ISO documents Performing dimension check, hydro test, Pneumatic test, leak test of vessels and piping spools
• Co-ordinating with Client, TPI, QC and other concerned department to fulfil the execution of activities & complete the job within schedule.

Projects handled and equipment assembled under my Leadership – Stabilizer column, Desalter vessel, HP/MP/LP crude preheaters, heat exchangers,1st stage/ 2nd stage-discharge scrubber, condensate separator, fuel gas scrubber, Test separator, Inlet Separator, Mercury removal Bed, Amine Contactor, Amine Regenerator, etc.

• Responsible for supervising & monitoring manpower and day-to-day fabrication and welding activity as per plan.
• Exposure in field of fabrication of heavy-thickness pressure vessels, heat exchangers.
• Preparing and maintaining of production-related documents during fitment and welding.
