• Site surveys for installation and commissioning of RTU.
• Organized and directed maintenance shutdowns and startups.
• Responded to plant breakdowns and emergency callouts.
• Maintenance, configuration and fault diagnosis of RTU/SCADA system in various unmanned/well head offshore platforms
• Carry out remote well shutdown command testing from process platform and from the base office.
• Investigate and report instrument malfunctioning and conduct root cause analysis for equipment failure.

SITE: ONGC Offshore Process Platform (Bombay High)

• Supervise and execute day to day instrument maintenance, fault diagnosis and corrective maintenance at process platform.
• Calibration, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance of all instruments like transmitters, switches, controllers, flow meters, control valves, actuators and shutdown valves in the process platforms.
• Trouble shooting, calibration and maintenance of all Fire and Gas (F&G) system
• This consists of all Detectors (HC, H2S, CH4, UV FLAME, SMOKE and HEAT), F&G panels, Deluge Valves of fire line, Auto Fire water pumps, ESD/FSD pulling stations and fusible FSD loops
• Operation and maintenance of pneumatic shutdown panels and pneumatic instruments in unmanned wellhead and process platforms.

• Installation, Maintenance and Calibration of different Field Instruments like transmitters, control valves.
• Review of Elementary wiring diagrams, Installation layout drawings, termination drawing & preparation of work procedures to execute the job
• Repaired and maintained instruments to manufacturer specifications.
• Taking work permits according to the nature of job
• Checking of installed equipment unit, including cable tray, junction boxes, field instruments and cable termination
• Pre-Commissioning and Loop Checking of control panel and all electrical & instrumentation equipment in DCS System.
