    Liaise with authorities like GDRFA, ICA, and other Federal agencies for company establishment ID, employee and dependent residency visas, Emirates IDs, visa medicals, employment contracts, visitor visas, and other overseas visa requirements.
  • Municipality & Food Compliance
    Ensure compliance with regulations set by Dubai Municipality, Abu Dhabi Municipality, FIRS, ZAD, FoodWatch, ADAFSA ATLP MAQTA, and other bodies for food item registration, food labels assessment, Food export health certification, Ingredients approval, food contact materials approval, export/import approvals, Import food consignment release permits, environmental clearances, disposal and or removal of waste, waste water & hazardous waste as per stipulated safety & environmental standards.
  • Chamber of Commerce & Legal Documentation
    Manage membership, signature verification, agreement attestations, and commercial certifications such as Certificates of Origin for export with the Dubai Chamber of Commerce.
  • Environmental & Occupational Compliance
    Ensure environmental clearance and compliance with certifications related to Operational Fitness Certificate (OFC) for Food Manufacturing unit, Occupational Health cards, co-ordinate Factory Inspections, Test schedules, respond to Inspection summary as relevant, waste water testing & removal and recycling standards with agencies like Trakhees, PCFC * Ports, Customs, and Free Zone Corporation, and others government agencies.
  • Audit Coordination
    Facilitate regulatory audits / reviews and to ensure audit findings are addressed promptly - FDA, ISO22000, HACCP & Halal Certification.
  • Export Compliance & Certification
    Oversee export compliance with certification bodies like Intertek, SGS, TUV ME Nord, Bureau Veritas, and SFDA, ensuring product registration and conformity certificates.
  • Freezone Authority Liaising
    JAFZA | DAFZA | National Industries Park - Liaising for Business set up & permits including renewals, company lease and licensing renewals, account management, compliance with WPS, bank guarantees and reporting to the Freezone authorities.
  • Dubai Trade - Dubai Customs
