Project (Saudi Aramco) Execution Highlights

• 3CRPO (SFNY, ABSF, ZULF, RBYN): Installation of Cable, Umbilical, J-Tube, Riser, Spool, SSVS and Flexible Pipeline
• SAF-6 (SFNY): Marine channel dredging and survey
• MRJN Pkg 1 & 4 (MRJN): Spool installation

Key Responsibilities

Project Documentation & Planning

• Develop comprehensive Installation Procedures, JSA, HAZID and vessel documentation, ensuring full compliance with project-specific requirements and safety standards.
• Develop project schedules to support planning and execution activities and prepare detailed RFQs for proposal submissions.

Mobilization and Interface Management

• Oversee the mobilization of installation vessels and coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure alignment on methodology, scope and execution strategy.
• Liaise with fabrication team to coordinate pre-fabrication activities, including load-out planning.

Procurement & Material Management

• Prepare material requisitions to project materials and installation aids for offshore execution, monitor procurement progress and ensure on-time delivery to meet project schedules.

Offshore Support & Execution Oversight

• Act as a key interface between the Client, Superintendent/OCM and Marine team to plan and execute offshore installation activities efficiently.
• Provide engineering support and assist the offshore team, ensuring all documentation, reports and permits are fulfilled.

Technical Review & Quality Assurance

• Review project drawings and documents, identifying discrepancies or missing information and reporting.
• Collaborate with the quality team to ensure compliance with design specifications and contractual standards.

• Prepare BOQ with rate analysis, negotiate and analyze costs for tenders and contracts.
• Review all consultant drawings and made recommendation to adjust site requirements.
• Perform measurements for structural and architectural works to prepare cost estimates for projects.
• Estimate and analyze work performed to request payment from clients.
• Verify and certify payment for each and every item of work done for project.
• Handled 12 special building projects and effectively managed manpower, contractors and sub-contractors.

• Estimate quantity from GFC drawing for 2 projects and prepare BOQ with rate analysis for each item of work.
• Certify and release payment for M-Book and contractor bills with respect to estimated quantity .
• Produce and issue precise technical specifications in work order for contractors.
• Use ERP (BSF) software to prepare bills of quantities and for procurement.
• Collect historical cost data to estimate costs for current or future products.

• Successfully handed over 5 villas and handled layout project of 233 plots.
• Liaise with company executives and project managers to acquire resources to move project forward.
• Interpret technical designs, specifications and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
• Prepare bills of quantities, delegate work, monitor progress, compile reports and deliver presentation to Project Manager.
• Carry out inspection of day-to-day activities, assessing standards, prepare M-Book for contractors and certify them based on their productivity.
