LIAISING WITH COMPONENT REPAIR PERSONEL IN INSTANCES WHERE A RECEIPT HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED AS DISCREPANT AND ENSURING THAT THE ISSUE IS RESOLVED IN THE SHORTEST POSSIBLE TIME SO THAT THE COMPONENT IS MADE AVAILABLE IN STOCK. GENERATING WEEKLY REPORTS FOR THE UNITS HELD UP IN QUARANTINE AND UPDATING THE STATUS TO THE CONCERN AND ESCALATING FOR RESOLUTION.
