l REPAIRS. THOROUGH KNOWLEDGE & UNDERSTANDING OF RTAT (REPAIR TURN AROUND TIME). TO MANAGE EFFECTIVELY REPAIR OF FLOAT SENSITIVE CRITICAL COMPONENTS. REVERSE SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT. TO ENSURE ACCURATE RECEIPT AS PER EMIRATES QUALITY STANDARDS AND THOSE SET BY REGULATORY AUTHORITIES IS VITAL TO APPLY IN DEPTH. KNOWLEDGE RELATED TO EXCHANGE ACCEPTANCE, REPAIR LEVELS, MODIFICATIONS, SCHEDULED LIFE MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS ETC. THUS PROVIDING INITIAL OBSERVATION REGARDING COMPLIANCE TO THE QAD (QUARANTINE ACTION DESK PROCESS) COMPLIANCE RECORDING TEAM. RECEIVING OF AIRCRAFT PARTS & RAISING GRN (GOODS RECEIVING NOTE) AND FURTHER RELEASING TO STOCK. TO RESPOND TO AOG AND NIL STOCK CRITICAL UNITS, MONITORING AND RESPONDING DEMANDS FROM MAINTENANCE (NIL MQ & AOG MQ). FOLLOWING UP WITH COMPONENT REPAIR PERSONEL AND THE FREIGHT FORWARDERS TO ENSURE THAT THE CRITICAL SHIPMENTS ARE DELIVERED IN TIME TO AVOID ANY UNDESIRABLE SITUATIONS SUCH AS ROBBERY OR AOG (AIRCRAFT ON GROUND). LIAISING WITH COMPONENT REPAIR PERSONEL IN INSTANCES WHERE A RECEIPT HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED AS DISCREPANT AND ENSURING THAT THE ISSUE IS RESOLVED IN THE SHORTEST POSSIBLE TIME SO THAT THE COMPONENT IS MADE AVAILABLE IN STOCK. GENERATING WEEKLY REPORTS FOR THE UNITS HELD UP IN QUARANTINE AND UPDATING THE STATUS TO THE CONCERN AND ESCALATING FOR RESOLUTION.
