- Preparing the loading plan OBLX files & CBF file in order to plan the container to central planners in CASP planning system.
- Sending MOVIN file (loading instruction) to respective terminals for planning purpose.
- Getting pre-plan from respective terminals & cross check with the central planner for adjustments if any.
- Sending pre-plan to the vessel officials for checking the loading plan to get the planning confirmation prior vessel arriving to CMB.
- Informing the planning confirmation to central planer & to respective terminals after receiving the confirmation from vessel officials in order to start loading.
- Preparing all onboard authority documents, (customs / quarantine / ISPS / immigration / port police)
- Closely liaise with vessel operating slot operators and monitor, Loading and discharging cargo movements of vessels.
- Need to work closely with the terminals, and colleagues within our organization, on strategies and policies to increase productivity and reduce the port stay times.
- Getting the vessel clearance thru ASYCUDA & same handing over to vessel officials before vessel sailing.
- Updating to the Principals, Respective terminals and Ports with sailing confirmation, Loading lists and Arrival / Departure ASC files and other reports.
- Preparation of DEP Reports… ➢ Vessel Arrival, Departure report. (ASC /EDIFILES). ➢ Vessel sailing reports ➢ Voyage estimates ➢ Final throughput to SLPA.
- I have handled below main/feeder services in Sri Lanka… ➢ HIMALAYA /EMPIRE ORIENT /FALCON /SAPG/NWC/ IMED/ SOUTH INDIAN FEEDER – CHENNAI/KOLKATA/ 2M SHOGUN WEST/EAST.
