• Manage end-to-end accounts payable operations, including invoice processing, vendor management, and payment execution across multiple currencies (USD, EUR, AUD, ZAR, AED).
• Handle operational and accounting queries related to international clients and suppliers, including top gold and copper mines in South Africa.
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports, including GRPO and AP ageing schedules for management review.
• Perform supplier statement reconciliation and resolve invoice discrepancies in coordination with procurement and warehouse teams.
• Accurately record purchase invoices, journal entries, and adjustments in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Process supplier payments in line with company payment policies and credit terms (Net 30/60 days), ensuring timely and accurate disbursements.
• Prepare and analyze Accounts Payable ageing and cash flow forecasts to support financial planning.
