• Conducted inspections for civil, structural, architectural, and façade works in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, method statements, and applicable standards.

• Prepared and submitted Inspection Requests (IRs), reviewed material submittals, shop drawings, method statements, and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and coordinated inspections with consultants and client representatives.

• Monitored site activities to ensure compliance with quality requirements, raised and closed NCRs/SORs, witnessed field and laboratory tests, and maintained quality records and project documentation.

• Coordinated with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site engineers to resolve quality issues, participated in internal audits, snagging/de-snagging activities, and final handover inspections.

• Coordinate with construction teams to ensure compliance with project quality requirements.
• Liaise with the Engineer/Engineer’s Representative to manage daily quality activities and submit inspection records to the consultant.
• Monitor subcontractor performance for quality compliance with the QA/QC Manager.
• Raise NCRs and follow up with subcontractors or engineers to resolve issues.
• Maintain concrete pouring logs and review WIR, MIR, and material submittals.
• Prepare method statements and ITPs (Inspection and Test Plans) for various construction activities as required.
• Monthly audits along with Quality department with various department in the designated projects.

• Supervise daily site activities under senior civil engineers.
• Execute project work according to drawings, plans, and schedules.
• Report progress to project managers with clear status updates.
• Perform concrete checks using approved test procedures and records.
• Order required inventories and materials to support ongoing works.
• Carry out quality inspections and handle rectifications per standards.
• Inspect workmanship and rectify non-conformities in line with standards.
