• Erection sequence and inspection activities of pressure parts and piping of 1000MW boiler.
• Construction of Back pass assembly of 3500t capacity within the Boiler Cavity and jacked to its permanent position using a Strand Jack System
• Erection of furnace water wall panels, wind box, sofa burners using separate strand jack system of 15 jacks each of 100t capacity.
• Erection of link pipes, RH coils, SH coils, Risers using cranes and winch operations.
• Erection of start-up system link pipes and its supports.
• Ensuring fit up the Lifting hooks in panels as per jack requirements
• Monitoring of various welding processes like SMAW and GTAW & choosing of correct WPS as per the requirements.
• To ensure the erection Procedure & Precaution for Material such as Alloy Steel (P91, P22, P12, P11 etc.), Stainless Steel & Carbon Steel.

• Erection sequence and inspection activities including erection and alignment of hanger rods and headers, alignment of water wall panels and steam cooled panels, alignment activities of SH coils, RH coils & steam cooled spacer tubes and its attachments.
• Coordination on the erection and pre-assembly activities of horizontal Buckstays and Burner panels.
