· BOQ & Specification – Preparation/ checking of BOQ as per receipt or Tender Drawing Specification & providing detailed specification for the line team description for line items. Description as per standard norms. Procedure final within stipulated fine frame/ importing final quantity

· Indirect Works - Floating enquiries for Sub Contractors & Check for price & items committed to performing professionally & effectively to contain to the success of the company. Monitoring Sub Contractors Package Enquiries Matrix.

· Sub-Contractor quotations - Comparing the sub contractor’s quotation s of each individual item & making them ready to import to CCS with the lowest price.

· Site Visit- Perform site visit post tender preparation of site visit report. Analyzing the risk & another natural ground factor.

· Request for information- Preparation quires to client regarding the description of tender drawings, Specification & BOQ.

· Rate Analysis - Evaluate the rates for all items of work. By getting suppliers of materials & to evaluate the productivity of as per the progress of site. (Example-Manpower, Materials, Plants & Over Heads).
