Strengthen the relationship with the key decision makers of
major accounts
Support Channel Account Managers in penetrating new
markets and partners
Recruit, train and enable channel partners in the MEA and
LEVANT Region
Formulate and execute product and channel sales strategy to
drive revenue growth and achieve profit and financial targets
that adhere to the company's strategy
Review, qualify and improve existing channels
Identify and
recruit new channel partners
Arrange continuous visits to the countries of the region to train
the channel team, meet partners, arrange round tables and

Design and executes jointly developed business plans for
identified partner accounts; including strategic initiatives,
training plan, marketing plan
Develop with the Regional Manager a monthly action plan for
targeting new resellers and new segments
Leveraged market and competitor data to identify market opportunities and gaps.
Organised marketing plans and programmes to best support business growth and development.
Responsible for the Cisco Datacenter Virtualization relationship on an UAE and Gulf basis within
Ingram Micro's overall vendor management and Enterprise Solutions team, central point of contact and liaison between stakeholders from vendor management, sales, marketing, technical services, and operations for the whole UAE and Gulf Region

Vendor management- Presenting Business plan specific to region, creating sales promotions and marketing activities for sales support
Collaborate and Cross sell: Conducting business through cross business functions, partnering with complimenting technologies to drive business
Subject matter expert and knowledge transfer to channel partners
Reporting and business planning: Providing forecast and pipeline discussion with Cisco and internal business head and business planning for each country within the region.
