All related PR responsibilities and following up with concerned staff. Makes sure all trade Licenses, tenancy contracts, accommodation contracts, civil defense certificates etc. are updated. Notify HR & Admin Manager changes in procedures and rules regarding expiry of trade licenses, tenancy contracts, Civil Defense certificates etc. and arrange approval for the renewal.
