Flex Trade Migration to Cloud (Client: ADIA)

• Owning team backlog, Defining Iterations and Features.
• Requirement analysis with Vendor & Validating Equity Trade workflow.
• UAT Coordination with Head of Equity Trading (3rd largest sovereign wealth fund in World).

Wall Street upgrade project (Client: ADIA)

Replacing 8-year-old legacy system 'Finance Kit'. Complete end to end trading system with various interfaces connected to Wall Street such as Flex Trade, Sim Corp Dimensions, Security Master (EDM), RIMES (benchmark and pricing data)

• Business design, Solution Delivery and application support of critical business modules.
• Conducting design sessions with clients to finalize business requirements and writing business use cases on WSS-GAIN and WSS-RIMES interface connectivity.
• Coordination with WSS vendor to finalize Asset classes mappings for Fixed Income products & coordination with development team.
• Creating requirement documents and coordination with development and QA teams.
• Reviewing the A&D documents & functional specifications to ensure there are no gaps between business requirements & functional specs.
• Planned user trainings with WSS Team, prepared training calendars & ensure that all training prerequisites like training environment, manuals etc. are in place.
