• Monitored and reported site observation in the contract Quality Plan, QC Plan (ITP), contract-specific work procedures, and instructions

• Monitored and observed ongoing site, fabrication shop NDT activities like PT, MT, PMI, hardness, and PWHT and performed verification of isometric drawings
• Observed the operating activities, made recommendations, performed strict implementation of the WPS and PQR instruction and monitored welding parameters and heat input
• Visual inspection of joint fit-up, alignment, and preheating as per WPS, reinstatement, according to P & ID and isometrics

• Supported as the quality assurance for ensuring the quality production, effective and timely delivery
• Ensured that inspection plans are followed and worked in monitoring welding activities, NDT, mechanical activities, material inspection, and related documents
• Assisted the welding inspections pre and post-welding operation as per approved test plans, relevant engineering drawing, the international standard, and project specification
• Coordinated with contractors and clients
• Ensured calibration records are generated and retained appropriately, and the quality records such as inspection sheets, and the status of all testing equipment
• Demonstrated flexibility as required to meet and managed all test reports/certificates/records
• Maintained all in a good filing system and evaluated test package content of drawings, line history sheet, reports NDT coverage.
