Regional Operations Manager-Specialized Services (Middle East, Singapore and India)

Job Description:

• Generation of financial sales forecast considering direct, manpower, COGS, GPM and NP along with Finance Division
• Periodic Generation of analytical reports for Monthly and Quarterly revenues including Cost and invoicing status based on projects deliveries by Division Project Engineers to ensure that set KPI are achieved.
• Creating dynamic process for pricing strategies along with Division members to ensure all related cost are covered with set GPM and Mark-Up strategies based on account history and business opportunity.
• Implementing business in regional areas including Manpower, Assets and business requirements to generate Sales Income.
• Revising and implementing corporate sales and market strategies in market, creating short term and long-term strategic sales plans throughout area and individually for Key accounts for horizontal and vertical sales growth and assuring implementation of it through team members.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to align operations with corporate objectives.
• Introduced new methods, practices, and systems to reduce turnaround time.
• Analyzed market trends and customer feedback to develop new strategies for improving operations.

• Implementing periodic progress meeting with all Division Projects Engineers and Execution team to cover all regional OPS updates and concerns and ensuring that all actions from corrective and preventive are done on timely basis.
• Proven history of handling contracts with High-End client Ex: ADNOC, NMDC, NPCC, QE, NAKILAT, ARO, ADES, ARAB DRILL, ASRY..Etc
• Negotiated contracts and agreements to optimize cost savings and efficiency.
• Responsible for any discounts, CN, DN approvals to/from clients, suppliers
• Ensuring smooth operations with suppliers, related to deliveries, SOA issues.
• Ensuring that all projects are on track related to Timeline, spares, vendors and client requirements and manpower.
• Implementing periodic training session to service team to address any new regulations, resolutions and technical bulletins related to service business.

• Analysis of contract from technical point of view and check on compliance related to service restrictions, makes, service types, manpower
• Preparing direct cost report against specs of project whether OEM spares, Local Spares through material coordination team and Man Hrs required through execution team.
• Preparing quotes reference to specs with studying the market price, client history and competition
• Communication with OEMs for any technical quires, spares related to RFQ/RFT
• Preparing all documentation related to any support requirements to meet RFQ/RFT specs (QHSE)
• Meeting with clients for any related technical clarifications, and financial discussion.
• Support with all technical documents during execution of the project (Certificates, Statements of serviceability)
• Follow-Up with execution team on delivery of the project and plan accordingly to make sure delivery time is met as per client requirements.
• Executed troubleshooting and support in both in-person and remote situations

• Review and Revise of company QMS manual along with QHSE Dept. as per ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001

• Participate in establishing Quality policies and goals to create level of excellence that must be attained by Management to continually meet customer requirements for product integrity at optimal Quality cost.
• Promote and execute quality standards, inspection processes, test methodology, quality plans, documents, and reports.
• Develop, execute, and analyze department quality key performance (KPI) indicators and reporting measures.
• Initiate project/contract KPI and enforce all measures are met within project/contract duration.
• Report to management on quality issues, trends, and losses.
• Performing internal and external quality audits.
• Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation.
• Initiate LSA equipment checklists, statements, and other relevant documents
• Revise department QAP (Quality Assurance Procedures) document, to ensure best and smooth operation from inquiry stage to delivery stage.
• Responsible to meet client’s quality procedure through creating and initiating all related quality documents as per client requirements.
• Develop and implement Suppliers quality control plan. Monitor and record conformance of supplied parts and materials as part of continuous evaluation of supplied parts quality.
• Perform all daily inspection and test of scope and character necessary to achieve quality of service required in drawings and specifications for all works under contract/Service Type performed ON or OFF site.
• Performing On-Delivery Quality inspection and identify defects in the final product and plan with Execution Head Ways/Plan on how to rectify these defects.
• Cary out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures onsite and ensures activity at site are as per approved method statement, OEM procedures and inspection test plan.
• Recording all QA/QC documents of Department including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, materials delivered and other QA/QC documents.
• Plan, develop, implement and monitor supplier quality qualification process.
• Inspecting procedures and outputs and identifying non-conformity issues
• Follow and enforce procedures for effectively inspecting and reporting quality issues.
• Perform root cause analysis for internal/external NCR/Concerns and review corrective actions for verification of implementation and determination of effectiveness.
• Provide Technical support and trainings to Engineers onsite during job progress.
• Responsible for approving department by class societies by gathering and submitting all required documents at initial stage. (ABS, DNV-GL, BV, RINA, NKK approvals are in place)
• Enforce procedures to meet class approvals requirements.
• Participate in company ISO certifications and audits.
• Facilitates hazard identification and assists in managing HSE risk with goal of risk elimination.
• Participate in incident investigation and analysis, follow up of corrective/preventive actions, conduct HSEQ inspections and audits, issue violation notices and recommend for rewards.
• Development and implementation of process safety management program
• Identifying process safety training needs and to provide that training through in house resources.
• Ensure that all contractors working inside facility are trained on HSEQ requirements.
• Ensuring day-to-day supervision on HSEQ matters & identifying potential hazards & conducting HSEQ risk analysis.
• Conduct internal technical training to all LB Dept. Service Team
• Provide Technical support to Engineers onsite during job progress.

• Responsible for specification, selection, and services relating to rotating machinery including compressors, pumps
• Managing preventive / Break down maintenance Schedule of machinery increase machine & Equipment reliability.
• Identifying area of abstraction / break down & to rectify the equipment through application of troubles shooting.
• Responsible for maintenance of Diesel Engines, gas compressors, Pedestal Cranes.
• Working on lifeboats (5 years overhauling) in Petrobel/ENI Abu-Rudeis Fields as Corrective Maintenance Engineer according to SOLAS regulations for:
• Inspect everything on lifeboats and davits and winches (Operational (preventive) and required spare parts (corrective)).
• Performing 1.5 Static test and 1.1 Dynamic test and Sea Trail Test and 1.1 Release Gear test according to British Standard.
• ·Performing monthly survey on Lifeboats and winches.
