• Conducts daily engineering staff briefing and distributes daily work assignments
• Attend daily morning management briefing
• Monitor engineering activities to ensure adherence to establishes policies, operating procedures, and standards
• Prepare comprehensive budgets and forecasts to ensure the efficient and cost-effective operation of the department
• Supervise, develop and maintain an ongoing maintenance operation for the hotel, including Plant Rooms, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment, preventive maintenance, hotel rooms and etc
• Submit a comprehensive monthly report to General Manager/ Finance Controller
• On an ongoing and regular basis, inspects and evaluates the physical condition of entire hotel asset, including all guestrooms, public areas, and pool area; completes and retains inspection reports
• Ensure to deliver of the highest quality products and services to meet high volumes and individual client requirements
• Ensure adherence to external communication guidelines and company ethics
• Consult with in-house and external contractors' personnel on specific tasks
• Manage a team to organize, oversee, and assist with the coordination of contractors
• Working with Spreadsheet, Microsoft Office, Database software, Project management software, Inventory control software

• Attend daily morning management briefings during the absence of the Chief Engineer
• In charge of kitchen and laundry, coordinating with kitchen technicians and AMC contract companies
• Working with Opera, HOTSOS, Birchstreet Systems and OASIS Systems, Microsoft Office
• Involving monthly budget controlling and cost-cutting
• Handling CAPEX and purchase orders, following up with the Purchase department

• Performs daily rounds of inspection in the entire building, giving particular attention to defective or deficient life safety features and observing closely the condition of all operating facilities and equipment
• Act in the capacity of Assistant Chief Engineer during his absence
• Pre-plan and order materials for special projects; coordinate scheduling with department heads to eliminate conflict
• Monitor the utility consumption and focus on energy saving
• Inspection and test run of Emergency Generator and fire Pumps
• Departmental training programmed for engineering employees

• Responsible for the overall day-to-day functions of the front desk and delegating task as per the shift checklists
• Respond to all guest's requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Complete work order requests in a timely manner
• Prepare a preventive maintenance schedule
• Maintain all mechanical areas in an orderly and clean condition
• Inspect public areas daily for any issues
• Providing maintenance repairs to guestrooms, public areas, and administrative offices
• Repairs may include plumbing, electrical, heating, cooling, ventilation, furnishings and fixtures, painting, wall cover repairs, light carpentry, door and window repairs
• Maintain the Rooms Preventative Maintenance Program and consistently keep updated records on file
