- Managing & negotiating the IT Outsourcing contracts (TCS, Wipro, Virtusa, CTS, Accenture, KPMG,) & portfolio such as Development, Testing, IT Information Security, Project managers

- Evaluating vendor profile and performing periodic 3rd party risk & performance assessment for all vendors to ensure Zero risk for Bank
- Managing Partner relationship, developing new partners strategy across globally (GCC, UK, APAC)
- Negotiating with vendors to ensure all procurement related terms and conditions for the bank
- Contract Management:
- Managing on IT related contracts like NDA, SAAS contracts, Master Service Agreement (MSA), End User License Agreement (EULA), 3rd Party AMC Contracts, and Statement of Work (SOW), Order Forms
- Closely working with Legal, IT Platform owners, IT Security, Finance, Taxation team to finalize the contract Terms and conditions for execution
- Negotiating favorable Commercials and T & C’s with Suppliers (Pricing, Payment term and mode of Payment, Term and Termination, Benchmarking, Limitation of Liability, etc.)
- Issuing Change Request Note (CR) and Addendum for new scope addition or change as part of existing contract & new requirement
- Project Management:
- Continuous and Effective interaction with all stakeholders (CTO, CIO, Project Managers, Delivery Leads) for efficiently managing the complete Project cycle and meeting the Internal & External Stakeholder expectations
- Circulating Weekly Procurement Trackers to all Project stakeholders
