• Independently led the overall packaging materials consumption reduction initiative across MENA and achieved the group's sustainability goals by transitioning an annual consumption of 2.8 million cartons to 100% recyclable cartons
• Achieved savings of AED 1.2M through specs-standardization and enabling mechanisms for cross-border ordering

Returns tracking and optimization

• Led coordination with the tech team to successfully deploy an end-to-end TAT visibility report for reverse logistics, encompassing customer pickup to stock put-away
• Reduced the overall return raised to put-away TAT by 12 hours and made these products sellable on the website 5% faster in UAE and KSA

Net Promoter Score (NPS improvement)

• Identified that 30% of detractor NPS scores for home concepts in UAE, KSA and Bahrain are due to delivery of damaged products to the customers
