Scopes of works are done as a Project Engineer in UAE

• Preparing the project schedule and planning
• Monitoring the project expenses and work progress as per the schedule
• Studying the specification and drawings of the items awarded to me
• Preparing the detailed BOQ for each item based on the tender BOQ, specification and drawing
• Compiling all the documents such as drawing, specification, schedule of finishes and BOQ to provide to Sub-Contractors
• Inviting Sub-Contractors to participate in the tender by providing the Documents
• On receiving the quotations from Sub-Contractors, I carefully study their materials Technical Data and make sure that they comply with our specification by preparing a Technical Comparison Sheet
• The following clarification arises during the first quote
• Some may quote according to their standard specification and dimension
• Some may quote according to specification which is normal in market
• Our specification may be outdated
• After reviewing the above clarification, prepare a new specification which is economical to the project and can be approved by Engineer/Client
• Submitting the Shop drawings, Materials specification sheet & Operation manual for Client approval
• Inviting quotation for the revised Documents
• Handling the project with Proper safety measures
• Coordination with Purchase team for Required Materials delivery and Monitor the receiving schedule for all activities
• Monitoring the project activities as per the Approved documents and specifications
• Handing over the project with proper Documentations to Client.
• Identified cost saving measures that could be implemented without compromising safety or quality standards during the project life cycle.
