With over 10 years of experience in implementing programs for children and young people in crisis situations, including those who have been displaced, separated from their families, or at risk of violence or abuse, I bring a process-driven and top-performing administrative approach to emergency and developmental projects. My extensive knowledge and expertise in executing EiE/Livelihoods programs in various emergency contexts, combined with my skills in project management, monitoring & evaluation, education and training, Advocacy & Stakeholder Engagement, Budgeting & Resource Management etc. allow me to effectively address the specific needs of those affected by closely collaborating with local communities, governments, and stakeholders. I have worked across multiple sectors and with diverse funders such as CARE, PRM, NMFA, ECW, GIZ, DFID, AECID/SPNO, and ECHO-funded projects. Leveraging my leadership skills, team building expertise, and organizational talents, I am motivated to contribute to a resourceful team focused on achieving organizational goals.
