In the education sector, I have worked in South Africa, United Kingdom and United Arab Emirates in primary, middle school and high school phases in as many curricula for 30 years. As part of leadership teams, I drive visions and project manage to raise standards and meet key performance indicators. In addition to curriculum design, policy writing, strategic planning for SDPs, I offer expertise in diversity, emotional and psychological wellbeing, and safeguarding. I am obligated to build trust, communicate effectively with school staff and have a good understanding of daily operations - including liaising with parents, members of the wider community, external agencies and other stakeholders.

I efficiently manage budgets, within a team- setting the school's direction, leading school improvement priorities, monitoring teaching and learning, staff development, recruitment and retention, safeguarding and Special Educational Needs.
