In the education sector, I have worked in South Africa, United Kingdom and United Arab Emirates in primary and secondary phases in as many curricula for 30 years. As part of leadership teams, I drive visions and project manage to raise standards and meet key performance indicators. In addition to curriculum design, policy writing, strategic planning for SDPs, I offer expertise in diversity, emotional and psychological wellbeing and safeguarding. I am obligated to build trust, communicate effectively with school staff and have a good understanding of the daily operations that occur- including liaising with parents, members of the wider community, external agencies and other stakeholders. I efficiently manage budgets, within a team- setting the school's direction, leading school improvement priorities, monitoring teaching and learning, staff development, recruitment and retention , safeguarding and Special Educational Needs.
